The mistake people often make when it comes to their challenges and obstacles is not remembering that our existence is multidimensional! When you’re out of balance in your physical body for example, there will also be an imbalance on the other layers; the misalignment may be rooted in the emotional body, which is not being fully processed or feelings not being felt or ‘digested’.
To align one aspect of our being is to restore a sense of balance in another layer!
What are the Chakras?
The chakras are part of our subtle energy body system.
They exist in the pranamaya kosha or the life force layer of our being. These ‘wheels’ or vortices of energy influence our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realities. They are unconscious forces that govern our sense of well being and inner vitality.
Our physical body and our external reality are formed from the way our energy field is organised. To find the remedy for our daily troubles and stresses, we can look to the chakras to discover what part of our energy is unbalanced. Where is the block? Where is the prana not flowing fully? We can combine writing and meditation as an embodiment tool and use it for transformation and healing.
